![]() ![]() LOAD ZONE + ACCESSIBILITY | As our equipment can be very heavy (and large) the delivery/setup team cannot load-in or load-out via stairs. Under our safe service requirements due to COVID-19 measures, we also require that there be 6’圆’ working space set aside for the bar setup and proper space cleared in front of the bar setup to allow for proper line-up spacing under the recommended social distancing guidelines. SETUP AREA | We require the bar service/setup area be fully covered and that the area be heated/cooled as necessary to avoid harsh/inclement weather working conditions for the service staff. Please provide information on any complimentary parking or designated parking for the event’s venue. ![]() PARKING | We ask that parking be easily reached within a short radius of the venue for the safety of our staff. Should the guest count be 75-or-less guests and the event have a longer than 5-hour duration an additional bartender will be required in order to comply with State of WA employee break requirements. Weddings, Corporate Dinners, Birthday Celebrations, etc). Standard events hold a maximum of 5 hours of alcohol service time, depending on event timeline for meal service (ie.
